ConquerX is a brand of Radix Media.
ConquerX ("we", "us") is an Android app that blocks explicit content on your device. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your choices. We built ConquerX to protect you, including your privacy.
Summary
- We collect only what's needed for your account: name, email, phone number.
- ConquerX scans your screen entirely on your device to detect and block explicit content. Screen content is never stored, uploaded, or shared.
- We do not sell your data, show ads, or use analytics/tracking SDKs.
- You can delete your account and data at any time.
INFORMATION WE COLLECT
Account information you provide
- Name
- Email address
- Phone number
We use these to create and manage your account, sign you in, and provide support.
Account identifier: a unique user ID generated when you sign up, used to associate your account with your subscription.
We do not collect your location, contacts, photos, messages, device advertising ID, or usage analytics.
SCREEN CONTENT AND THE ACCESSIBILITY SERVICE
ConquerX uses Android's Accessibility Service to read the text and images on your screen in real time. This is required to detect and block explicit content across any app, and to prevent attempts to disable protection.
This processing happens entirely on your device. Screen content is analysed on-device by a built-in AI model and is never stored, transmitted, uploaded, or shared with us or anyone else. Nothing about what appears on your screen leaves your phone.
You grant this access through a clear in-app disclosure and must affirmatively consent before enabling it. You can disable it at any time in your device's Accessibility settings.
PAYMENTS
Subscription payments are processed by our payment provider. We do not collect or store your card, bank, or UPI details; the payment provider handles that. We store only your subscription status (whether it's active, trial or paid, and renewal dates).
HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION
- To provide and maintain the app and your account
- To verify your identity when you sign in (email OTP or Google Sign-In)
- To manage your subscription and trial
- To respond to support requests
We do not use your data for advertising, marketing profiles, or analytics.
SHARING
We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties for their own purposes. We use trusted service providers strictly to operate the app on our behalf, including secure backend/database hosting and payment processing. These providers process data only on our instructions and may not use it for their own purposes.
DATA RETENTION AND DELETION
We keep your account data for as long as your account exists. You can delete your account and all associated data at any time:
- In the app: Manage Account → Delete Account
- On the web: conquerx.co/data-deletion-request
On deletion we permanently remove your name, email, phone number, account, and subscription records. We may retain a limited set of records where required by law (such as transaction records for tax and accounting compliance) for the period the law requires; these are never used for any other purpose. Payment card details are never stored by ConquerX.
SECURITY
Data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS) and protected at rest by our backend provider. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect your information.
CHILDREN
ConquerX is intended for adults (18 and over). We do not knowingly collect data from children.
CHANGES
We may update this policy. Material changes will be reflected by the effective date shown below.
