Data Deletion Request

ConquerX is a brand of Radix Media.

At ConquerX, you are in control of your data. This page explains how to permanently delete your ConquerX account and all associated personal data.

How to request deletion

1. Uninstall ConquerX from all of your devices.
2. Email us at [email protected] from the email address you used to sign up, and ask us to delete your account. You can use the template below.
3. We will permanently delete your account and all associated personal data within 7 business days of receiving your request, and confirm by email once it's done.

What gets deleted

When we process your request, we permanently delete:

• Your name, email address, and phone number
• Your account and login identity
• Your subscription and trial status records

What we may retain

We may retain a limited set of records only where required by law, such as transaction and billing records needed for tax, accounting, and legal-compliance purposes, for the period required by applicable regulations. These records are kept secure and are not used for any other purpose. Payment card details are never stored by ConquerX; all payments are processed by our payment provider.
